Golf Cart Guidelines

Wolfe’s Leisure Time Campground allows golf carts providing that the following Guidelines are followed at all times. Failure to comply with these guidelines will terminate your golf cart and operating “privileges” in our campground.

ALL golf carts owners MUST obtain insurance for their Golf Cart. A photo copy of the policy MUST be given to us PRIOR to operating your golf cart in the campground. There are NO exceptions to this policy. Golf cart operators assume all responsibility of their unit(s). WLTC, its officers and employees shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss, however caused, to any person or real property on the campground property.

Golf Cart’s are allowed for a means of transportation within the campground. Please use caution while operating or riding on a golf cart. Golf carts can cause injury and even death, Drive Safely

• Safety First !  ANYONE caught driving in an unsafe manner including speeding will lose his or her golf cart driving privilege in the campground.
• All Golf Carts MUST have a licensed driver in the front seat while in operation.
• ALL riders MUST be seated, No more passengers than seating safely allows, no sitting in other peoples laps (other than infant children).
  ABSOLUTELY NO STANDING ON GOLF CARTS !
• Golf carts are required to follow all posted speed limits and drivers are expected to drive in a responsible way.
• Golf Carts are required to drive on the roads and trails only. DO NOT cut across campsites or grass areas. Golf Carts are allowed on the trails - trail speed is also 5˝ MPH or less!
• Pedestrians always have the right of way.
• Golf Carts must have mounted lights to operate after dark. Flash lights are NOT permitted.
• Golf Carts are to be maintained, we reserve the right to check golf carts for safety. i.e. brakes, lights, noise. Some carts may be placed on limited operating times.
• No Golf Carts are to be operated after Midnight.
• Please secure your golf cart when not in use. Do not allow children to play on a golf cart for your safety and that of surrounding guests and property.

Failure to comply with these Golf Cart Regulations will terminate your Golf Cart privileges and you will be required to remove the golf cart from the property. Wolfe’s Leisure Time Campground reserves the right to modify these rules at any time without notice. Changes will be posted in our office and on the web site.
