These Pictures are Current! Overall this 1999 - 33 foot 'ALL-SEASON - Lite Weight' RV 5th Wheel is in Good Condition. This is a 50 AMP RV that can accommodate colder weather. New A/C unit in 2013. Larger refrigerator and a pantry with a slide out rack. Lots of cabinet storage space. Also has outside storage compartments. This has a Queen Size bed in the front with a hide-a-way bed in the couch and sleeps 4. Bathroom has private toilet area, a sink with vanity and a stand up shower. The Bedroom has a 13" inch TV with a DVD attached, drawers, and work desk area. Kitchen is located at the rear of the camper and has a wooden table and 4 chairs on the large right side slide out. Interior carpet has been professionally cleaned and walls washed down. The outside needs a good cleaning. See the last group of pictures for known damage. Queen Size Bed Front Closet with mirrored doors (One door glass is cracked) We did find a leak from the bedroom slide out window, the windows were sealed shut and the bed frame was rebuilt using A/C Plywood and then stained. Outside left front corner. Hole sealed with silicone caulk prior to water damage	Someone installed lattice to the inside of the pantry doors, they used a brad nailer and some of the nails penetrated the outside finished surface	Damage to the carpet near the door. we believe it was a bleach spill.	Minor Damage to the Range Hood / indicator Panel. All functions work. Hood fan squeals as it needs a good cleaning or replaced.
