is about 15 inches tall. He is
in Mint condition and comes with his red & white beanie cap, white
button shirt, belted brown striped pants, white socks and brown
& white laced high top sneakers. Head,
arms and legs are hand painted porcelain bisque and has glass eyes.
He
is numbered and marked on his back (4007B).
He is marked "Spanky No 4007B King World
1993"
