Ashton Drake Galleries. 19 inch Porcelain Bisque.
Titus Tomescu, the renowned sculptor, is the artist.
The production of this doll was limited when the mold was broken in
2001.
The blue velvet gown she has on, along with the sapphire and
pearl necklace and earrings, were worn to a gala given in her honor
by the Regans' when they were in office in the White House.
